Functional Floors of Livonia was a pleasure to work with from their estimator to Jesus and Nick that refinished my hardwood floors. They did a fantastic job at an unbeatable price!! I have already recommended them to several friends that are looking to have their floors refinished. Don't forget to ask for Jesus and Nick!!

We had 4 bedrooms of carpet ripped out and replaced with new hard wood floors. Chris S and his crew were on time everyday, incredibly pleasant and great communicators. The floors look beautiful.
No complaints and would absolutely recommend them to others

Functional Floors did such an amazing job at my dad‘s house. We needed all the hardwoods refinished we also needed the LVP put into a dining room kitchen and landing. The installation crew was so accommodating and amazing. As well as all the staff at Functional Floors.

Howard and the installation team worked wonders on my water damaged hardwood floor. From the first interaction with Jeremy on the Sayles side he was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process and gave us a timeline. Howard showed up every day as expected right on time and helped to walk us through the care and maintenance for the floor as well. I couldn’t recommend Howard and the Functional Floors team enough!

I’m so happy with my floors!! I had a combo of refinishing existing hardwood floors and installing new hardwood floors. They did an excellent job of making my floors, throughout my main level, be seamless. Love the new stain color (Jacobean) looks fantastic.

Jesus and his crew were professional and great to work with!!
